General study information

The purpose of this study is to determine if an investigative eye drop helps ease signs and symptoms of dry eye disease. We’ll be testing the safety and tolerability of this eye drop in participants with dry eyes. The drug being tested in this study aims to prevent, reduce, or stop a wide variety of the signs and symptoms of your dry eyes. This drug is targeted at patients who have mild to moderate dry eye disease.

Key requirements

Key Inclusion Criteria

  • Must be 18 years or older at the time of screening.
  • Previously experienced red, dry, or irritated eyes.
  • Can read an eye chart from 10 feet away with both eyes (wearing glasses, if needed).

Key Exclusion Criteria

  • Severe meibomian gland disease.
  • Current ocular inflammation, infection, or abnormalities other than dry eye.
  • Participated in any investigational drug or device study within 30 days prior to your first visit.
